HackHealth is a one-day, health-themed hackathon hosted by Women in Computer Science. It is devoted to being minority- and beginner-friendly, and aims to provide a comfortable environment for everyone to develop their ideas and improve their skills.

HackHealth may be one day only, but it is a real hackathon! There will be company sponsors, mentors, prizes, food, and, most importantly, company swag!

Check out some feedback from previous HackHealth:

It was a great experience for my first hackathon. I've always been very intimidated and self-conscious when it comes to coding with others and sharing my code, but this was a comfortable environment.
Yoga was awesome, felt a lot better when I came back to continue hacking on my project.
It was my first hackathon and it was a great first experience. I feel like I can do others now and not feel so scared about 'em ^^
I can't believe there are google socks
